The main message of the book is about presence. The author says that #productivity is a trap that makes us squeeze more and more into our schedules.
And it’s never enough. Plus, we are postponing living life for some future profits and a romantic vision of the future.
I’m still not sure if I totally agree. The older I get, the less I am tempted by simple recipes for life.
I love being productive, and I wouldn’t be here without many goal setting, problem solving, and time management techniques.
But one thing I am sure.
Even after reaching many of my goals thanks to these methods, I don’t feel much different. It’s cool to have a decent #business, but it was cool to start one and be an employee of one.
So why not just enjoy the process?
