This struck me while observing people in our #22community and... looking in the "mirror."
It's a very dangerous pattern: energy, enthusiasm and... desire for immediate implementation. A team bombarded with an artillery salvo of new insights, often communicated through mental shortcuts, has two options: a. abandon priorities and implement things without deeper understanding. b. passively wait for the founder's next "brilliant" idea.
It's a trap. Without a precise strategic compass, each new initiative distracts us from the core business. Projects end at 10% of their potential, wasting team resources and energy.
Only the last few months of observing one of the most insightful strategists I know were a stimulus for me to finally organize this.
And that's exactly why I'm opening the next season of #22community together with him with something special.
