Truly it was a year of the tiger!

We are closing the year with a +97% growth in revenues, and our clients rate us at the level of 4,66/5 from over 70% of filled CSAT surveys.

So there are many reasons to celebrate!

We also use this superimportant day to share some lessons from this exponential growth and spend quality time together during the Christmas party.

As Patrick Lencioni wrote:
“If you could get all the people in an organization rowing in the same direction, you could dominate any industry, in any market, against any competition, at any time.”

I think we are really good at this.

With all the strategies in all XXII Ventures companies built bottom-up and more and more people are getting so good at the business game, I already feel that 2023 is ours.

That’s why this time I just want to use this post to appreciate the efforts of our team members in Tigers, Huqiao 琥桥 and Automation House. Together we have built a safe haven for these uncertain times, and it wasn’t easy. But thanks to that, we are entering 2023 as undisputed champions! I am thankful and inspired by your successes. Thank you!

And one more thing.

Sometimes I feel that our team doesn’t appreciate themselves enough. They think that their case studies are not good enough. Or that someone somewhere does their job better. Yeah, f*** that. This is 1% of the market, and as a team, we need to consciously embrace the role of the leader :)
